Eat a variety of foods and remember carbs are good for you too, your brain run on carbohydrates and it is necessary for the body to function properly. A diet high in protein over a long period of time can put stress on your kidney and also cause headaches. The most important thing is to eat a variety of foods including fruits and vegetables and be selective about the types of carbs you eat.
Eating Slowly also helps the body, when we eat quickly the body does not have time to tell the brain that we have eaten enough, so we continue eating until we start to feel bloated. Eating slowly let us acknowledge when we are full and our body can send the proper signal to the brain to tell when we have eaten enough.
You have to exercise to be successful at weight loss and this involves a dedication to physical activity. The best method is to work out a little everyday. You can go for a walk, ride a bicycle,do some aerobics or any other form of activity that you enjoy, do each exercises on different days so you will not get bored.
To lose weight we have to give our bodies what it needs. Meaning drinking plenty of water, eating on time, exercising and choosing proper meals to eat.
